Siddharth’s 180 using Phantom HD Camera!

Siddharth’s upcoming romantic film, 180 is going to be his second film to hit the screens later this year. Directed by Jayendra, an acclaimed ad filmmaker who has made more than 500 ads, the film also stars Priya Anand and Nithya Menen. Major part of the film was shot in USA and Hyderabad, Chennai in India. The advertising background seems to have had quite an influence on Jayendra even as he turned a film director.

No wonder, he has used a Phantom HD Camera to shoot some parts of the film. This camera can shoot 2000 frames per second (fps). Of late, the Telugu and Tamil film industries have been embracing the digital revolution with several filmmakers opting for RED One, Arriflex cameras.

Now, a Phantom HD camera has been used to shoot 180.
The film has been jointly produced by SPI Cinemas Pvt. Ltd and Aghal Films Production. Sathyam Cinemas is presenting it. Balasubramaniem is the cinematographer and Sharreth Vasudevan has composed the music. Umarji Anuradha has written the dialogues and Vanamaali has written the lyrics. The film is going to hit the screens in summer.
